In compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), your personal data will primarily be stored and processed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will not transfer your personal data outside the Kingdom unless it is in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL, which requires that the destination country has an adequate level of data protection as determined by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), or that we have obtained your explicit consent for the transfer.
The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
